The Empress Theatre is hosting a concert to benefit the homeless in Solano County on Saturday, September 30. This concert benefits Solano-Napa Habitat for Humanity, which is building a home for homeless veterans, and The Sparrow Project, which provides six meals every week - 3,300 meals a month - for the homeless and hungry in downtown Vallejo.
In “A Story of Hope” international entertainer Sir Stryker takes the audience through a musical journey of his life (including his own period homelessness) through song, music, and slideshow. He created this show as a way to give back to those less fortunate.
Tickets are $20 online and $25 at the door. Children under 12 are free. For tickets or more information visit the Empress Theatre at empresstheatre.org.
